Clear, transparent pricing for photography and videography services. Below are our common packages and typical add-ons — custom quotes are available for larger or specialized projects.

Basic Package — $150

Ideal for portraits, headshots, and short events.

1 hour shoot (studio or nearby location)
10 edited digital images
Online gallery delivery

Standard Package — $450

Great for medium events and longer portrait sessions.

3 hour coverage
40 edited images
Basic retouching and color correction
Online gallery + download

Premium Package — $1200

Designed for weddings, multi-location shoots, and full event coverage.

8 hour coverage
All edited images from the day (approx. 200–500)
Second shooter included (for weddings)
Custom album or highlight video add-on available

Add-ons & common line items

Extra hour: $100/hour
Second shooter: $200/day
Highlight video (2–4 minutes): $400
Express delivery (48–72 hours): +30% of package price
Travel fees: calculated for jobs outside a 25-mile radius

Deposits, payment & discounts

To secure a booking we require a 25% deposit of the package price. The remaining balance is due on or before the shoot day.

Payment methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash, or PayPal.

Discounts: Weekday bookings (Mon–Thu) may qualify for a 10% discount on selected packages. Ask about seasonal promotions and repeat-client discounts.

Cancellation & refund policy

Deposits are refundable if a booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the shoot. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but deposits may be credited toward a rescheduled date within 6 months.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get just the raw files?: We deliver fully edited images by default. Raw files can be requested for an additional fee.
What if my event runs long?: Extra hours are billed at $100/hour — we will discuss and agree on overtime if needed on the day.
Do you offer refunds if we’re unhappy?: If the delivered work doesn't match the agreed brief, contact us and we'll work to resolve it — re-edits, partial refunds, or reshoots may be offered depending on the case.
