Pricing & deposits
We ask for a small deposit to secure bookings for prime-time slots or
weekend events. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Custom quotes
available for large or multi-day shoots.
Location & travel
Our studio is based locally and we also travel to your preferred
locations. For on-location shoots outside a 25-mile radius, travel fees
and a small accommodation allowance may apply for overnight jobs.

How long until I get my photos/videos?
Standard delivery is 7–14 business days; express options are
available.
Can I request a specific photographer?

Cancellation & rescheduling
You may reschedule up to 72 hours before the shoot without penalty.
Deposits are refundable if the shoot is cancelled 7 days prior; within 7
days deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future
booking.
